Bro4Pros 2015
The Bro Team is happy to offer our first workshop for advanced Bro users, "Bro4Pros". Going beyond the introductory level of our regular BroCons, this workshop aims at users who are already using Bro on a daily basis, feel comfortable customizing its configuration, and have written a few scripts of their own already. The event will consist mainly of interactive live demos and practical talks. To ensure an interactive and productive atmosphere this workshop has a limited number of participants. While most of the program will be presented by members of the Bro Team, we also invite demos and interactive presentations from our guests. Please contact us if you are interested.
Location and Dates
Bro4Pros 2015 will take place on Wednesday, February 18th — Thursday, February 19th, at the OpenDNS headquarters on 135 Bluxome St, San Francisco, CA. The workshop will be 1.5 days, ending at noon the second day to give everyone the chance to catch their plane home.

Hotel Information
There won’t be specific hotel recommendations for this event. San Francisco and the Bay Area provide a lot of options to visitors in different categories. The recommendations we got from people in the area are as follows: nice hotels are the Parc 55 Wyndham in Union Square and the Courtyard Marriott, which are both approximately 6 blocks away from OpenDNS. Anything in heart of the Tenderloin should be avoided. If you need further help please contact us via info@bro.org.
Transportation Information
The workshop will take place at OpenDNS’s San Francisco office. We recommend attendees commute by train if possible as parking may be scarce and expensive. Both Caltrain and BART have stations nearby.
If you need to travel by car, parking may be available at Central Parking’s Harriet Street lot, Ace’s Townsend Street Garage, or California Parking’s Brannan Street lot.
